My area of expertise is the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) (PPSA). I provide clear and concise PPSA advice on small and large issues arising under the PPSA. Due to my PPSA knowledge and experience, I bill fewer hours to arrive at a solution to any PPSA issue. I provide a cost-effective and timely PPSA solution.
I assist businesses with registering on the Personal Property Securities Register whether I’m instructed to register on their behalf or I’m asked to provide training manuals specific to their business to enable legally accurate internal PPSR registrations.
In addition to my PPSA specialisation, my preferred area of practice is general debtor-creditor law. I act for creditors and debtors. I advise across the full range of industries on matters relating to financing, commercial credit, insolvency and the provision of goods and services.
I provide advice on issues arising with respect to new as well as existing transactions, including strategies and processes that will improve credit positions.
I draft, review and negotiate documents in relation to loan and security arrangements, the provision of goods and services and the enforcement of debt and security.
